This is a diaper like no other. It's thick but it's thin. It's soft but it's strong. It's colorful and fun but it's functional and durable. GroVia is unique.
The GroVia AIO (all-in-one) cloth diaper is deceptively small. The size range is 10 to over 35 pounds but I was a skeptic. How could this diaper that is less than six inches across, fit my toddler of over 30 pounds? I still had to try it, it was too beautiful a design to pass up. And I was amazed and surprised and excited when it fit. It fit on the third waist snap and the fourth leg snap. It fit great. It looked even better. It was so sleek it fit almost like underwear!
The organic cotton interior is thick and smooth. The liners are a double that can unsnap if you only want to use one. Even with both inserts in use, the diaper didn't bulge anywhere. I even snapped it up once on the front of the diaper. If I dare super stuff it at night (since we have a front sleeper) I am sure it would be able to handle the extra stuffing.
I love this diaper for the great print, the thick and stretchy fabric and sides, and the durable construction that is not bulky. I also love that you can have solids or prints. *Just a little note on color perception and your computer. This Woodlands design seems to be on a bluish background, but in person the color is a soft sage green. I think it would be great for both boys and girls :)

I have been a dedicated GroVia AI2 user from the birth of my son. I won an AI1 from an Earth Day trivia game and LOVE it for the very reasons you listed. I've also found that the drying time isn't any longer than my AI2's, which was a concern. The GroVia AI1 gets two thumbs up and five stars at our house!
ReplyDeleteWe love GroVia in our house! We have used both the AIO's and the hybrid diapers.
ReplyDeletei have yet to try a AIO. Grovia looks like it would be trim on my skinny baby boy
ReplyDeleteWe tried some Grovia AIOs when my son was a newborn. I liked them a lot.
ReplyDeleteI just got my first Grovia Shell, and I didn't buy the inserts that go with them, because I didn't know they had weird snaps, so I'm a little disappointed. I LOVE their prints though, and would like to try an AIO. The shell with a flat fit nicely on my toddler though, and he is 35lbs and 32inches, so I'm curious if the AIO's would be a better choice for him. We haven't tried it on the baby yet, so we'll see. So far, as far as AIO's go, I've only tried 2 kinds, and I don't really like the swaddlebees. I LOVE my BG Freetime though! I'm going to have to try one of the Grovia's.
ReplyDeleteI've been wanting to try a GroVia diaper for so long! I really like all their cute new prints!
ReplyDeleteI like that this diaper is absorbant but not bulky!

ReplyDeleteAh! I love the designs!!! Plus their not as bulky as others can get!
ReplyDeleteI'm expecting my first and plan to cloth diaper, but organic is so important to me. This diaper is perfect!
ReplyDeleteDid you have any problems with the front folding over and wicking?
ReplyDeleteHow do you like the side snaps? I use all snap diapers, but I haven't tried one that snaps on the side
ReplyDeletei've heard a lot about these and would love to try them in my dryer!
ReplyDeleteI love the prints! I have never tried side snaps before!
ReplyDeleteI've never tried these before. I like that it fits your 30 pounder. I'm so tired of supposedly OS diapers that don't fit my 2 year old.
ReplyDeleteI have always wanted to try a GroVia. It's on my fluffy bucket list. I like thick and stretch fabric too so I think I will like them :)
ReplyDeleteI've heard of these diapers before and they look great! I'd love to add one of these to my fluff stash! Super cute. :)
ReplyDeleteWe love these diapers. WE have several and would love to have more to make up our stash. The great thing is these also are a great fit on my skinny guy
ReplyDeleteI've been wanting to try these since they are TPU and organic cotton. Thanks for the review!

ReplyDeletei love the grovia aio diapers! they have fit my son perfectly for almost a year now! they are growing very well with him! i would love to try the newborn aios.
ReplyDeleteWe love our Grovia. It is one of the trimmest diaper we have and also love the trainers
ReplyDeleteI've always wanted to try these since they are organic natural fibers inside. Do you know if they line dry well? Or get crunchy? Good to know that it fits well into toddlerhood
ReplyDeleteWe just started using the AI2 Grovia last week and so far love them, might have to get more. I love their prints. The AIO look good too, I like when the diapers are slimish
ReplyDeleteI love how trim that looks! I'm not a big fan of AIO's because they take so long to dry but I love the look of this one, I think it would fit my thin little guy really well.
ReplyDeleteWow that really is a trim design. I've been wanting to try Grovia.
ReplyDeleteI have the AI2 from grovia and I really like them. I did get one AIO to try and I am not as big of a fan on my son. I plan to try it on the new baby in December and see if I like it better on a smaller baby. They are very trim though, I can see them being the perfect diaper for a slim child.

I love these diapers. They snap a little differently than other diapers but once you get used to that they are super easy! My son is a very chunky baby and these fit him great as a newborn but now that he is 3 months old they are a little snug in the legs. I still love these diapers though :)
